【熱式流量計 - 工作原理】
熱式流量計使用流體的熱性質來測量在管道或管道中流動的流體流量。
在典型的熱式流量計中，將測量的熱量施加到傳感器的加熱器，利用熱擴散至流體後，隨著流體的流動而被帶走形成溫度分布，再藉由溫度分布的量測，則可得到流體的速度。
